As part of our commitment to protect the environment, we have an aggressive recycling initiative for all paper, ink, plates and chemistry. We also encourage the use of recycled stock for applicable jobs.
Archiving
We maintain digital files of all completed jobs for our customers. We do this to assure that your job is easily accessed for reprint or updating purposes. Copies of your archived materials are available upon request. We guarantee archives up to two years after date of printing.
Payment
First-time customers are asked to pay a 50% deposit upon start of job, with the balance due upon delivery. After that, the customer is eligible to apply for an account. For qualified customers on account, payment is due upon receipt of statement, with interest charged for balances that exceed 30-days. Cash, checks and all major credit cards are accepted.
